　　“愛樂的態度好，一進去就有人給端茶水，效勞員也特親切。〞
　　“鴻瑞園自在，都是老人嘛，而且有時候有兩個葷菜，主食有米飯也有花卷。〞
　　“春天也好，有時候另外有碗削面，還可以加菜。〞

　　“吃飯是老年人最關心的問題。以前虛擬養老院有提供上門做飯效勞的，但這對一般長期需要該效勞的老人來說，負擔確實太沉重了些。于是我們就想，能不能找個飯館讓老年人吃飯，費用老人自己掏一局部，政府補貼一局部。〞城關區虛擬養老院副院長***說，“后來我們聯系了一批運作成型、規模較大，老板也比擬有愛心的中高檔餐廳加盟，就有了虛擬養老餐廳。為什么叫虛擬呢？這是相對于實體養老院而言，提供的是居家養老效勞。再說這名字也上口，容易引起人的關注。〞
